Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: April 22, 2026 | Last Updated: April 22, 2026
Eremine Holdings, LLC (EIN 36-5059758), a Delaware limited liability company operating the VettaLux platform ("VettaLux", "we", "us") publishes this statement.
VettaLux is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and continuously improve our implementation.
Conformance Target
VettaLux targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We reference the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) in our product decisions. We do not claim a third-party audit at this time; see the Testing & Assessment section below for how we validate our work and our plan to commission an external audit.
Features We Ship Today
These features are live on vettalux.com right now. They are described in plain language so you can decide which are useful for you:
Full keyboard navigation
Every interactive control is reachable and operable with Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, and arrow keys. A visible focus ring is never suppressed.
A "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the header and navigation.
Font size controls
Our accessibility widget scales base text in five steps (Default, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large) without breaking layout.
High-contrast and inverted modes
Widget toggles apply a boosted-contrast filter, an inverted-color mode, or a grayscale mode to aid low-vision and light-sensitivity users.
Reading aids
Dyslexia-friendly font switch, link-highlight mode, enlarged cursor, and a horizontal reading-guide ruler that follows the mouse.
Reduced motion
We respect the system-level prefers-reduced-motion setting. A manual "Stop animations" toggle in the widget pauses motion for users who set it per-visit.
The accessibility widget is available on every page. It opens from the wheelchair button in the lower-left corner. Your selected settings are saved locally on your device.
Additional Implementation Notes
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, article, section) on every page.
- Form inputs are associated with visible labels and inline error descriptions.
- Interactive controls meet a minimum touch target of 44x44 CSS pixels.
- Layouts reflow and remain usable at 200% zoom and at viewport widths down to 320 CSS pixels.
- Images that convey meaning have alternative text; decorative images are marked with
aria-hidden.
Known Limitations
We are transparent about where we fall short so you can plan around it:
- Some embedded third-party content (for example maps and payment forms) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
- PDFs uploaded by providers are not always tagged for screen-reader use. We are working to prompt providers to upload accessible versions.
- Older user-generated images may lack alt text; we are adding prompts at upload time.
Testing & Assessment Cadence
- On every deployment: automated checks via axe-core and Lighthouse in CI.
- Weekly: keyboard-only walkthroughs of sign-up, search, booking, and payout flows.
- Quarterly: manual screen-reader passes on core flows using NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
- Annually: a full third-party accessibility audit with remediation tracked in public release notes.
Access Requests & Feedback
If you hit a barrier on VettaLux, or you need content in an alternative format, contact us and we will work with you:
We can help with alternatives such as phone-assisted account setup, search and provider contact, and reformatted content. Please describe what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and the assistive technology you were using (if any) so we can reproduce the issue.
