When do I get paid?+
Commissions earned in a calendar month are paid on the 30th of the following month, provided your balance is at least $100. Balances below the minimum roll forward until the threshold is met.
What counts as an "authenticated" free signup?+
A referred provider must (1) verify their email address and (2) complete our ID verification flow. Only after both gates close does the $1 payout attach to your account. Unverified or abandoned signups do not qualify.
What happens if a referred provider refunds or cancels?+
Commissions are reversed on refunded or charged-back charges. If a provider cancels within the first 30 days, the full commission is clawed back. Cancellations after day 30 simply end the 20% share going forward; prior months stay paid.
Can I advertise on Google or other paid channels?+
Yes, with two hard limits: no bidding on "VettaLux" or confusable brand terms, and no landing pages, domains, or creative that imply you are VettaLux. Violations forfeit the account and any pending balance.
What if a pro I referred churns after a few months?+
You keep every commission earned up to the churn date. Future months are simply not paid. There is no clawback beyond the 30-day refund window.
Do I earn on customer bookings or success fees?+
No. This program pays only on provider subscription fees. Bookings, escrow volume, and transaction success fees are excluded. Affiliates are a pure acquisition channel.
